Howard Noveck, MD
Dr. Howard Noveck is a senior member of Raritan Bay Cardiology Group. He graduated from Sackler School of Medicine in 1983 with fellowships completed from Presbyterian Medical Center in 1988 and Foster G. McGaw/Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 1989. He is a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist\Cardiovascular Disease\Nuclear Cardiology\Internal Medicine.
Dr. Noveck specializes in Interventional Cardiology where he performs and reads studies such as Nuclear Stress Test and his specialty surgical procedures include Catheterization, Cardioversions, PCI, Peripheral Angio and Rotablator.

Aaron Feingold, MD.
Dr. Aaron J. Feingold, M.D. is the founder and most senior member of The Raritan Bay Cardiology Group, P.A . Dr. Feingold is the long-time Chief of Cardiology at Hackensack Meridian JFK University Medical Center, Edison, NJ. He trained at The Chicago Medical School and did his internal medicine training at New York Medical College - Metropolitan Hospital and a Cardiology Fellowship at New York University Medical Center, New York.
The Cardiac Catheterization Lab and the Non-invasive diagnostic labs at JFK University Medical Center are named in his honor. Dr. Feingold has been awarded a listing in The Guide to America's Top Cardiologists, Patient's Best Choice Award and New Jersey Magazine's Best Doctors of New Jersey.
Dr. Feingold is Board Certified in Internal medicine and Cardiology and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He was born and raised in New Jersey and chose to return to New Jersey and practice there his entire career. Dr. Feingold is an Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Dr. Feingold is an author of several books and articles that deal with medical ethics.

Stan Wasilewski, MD
Dr. Stan Wasilewski was born in Jersey City and grew up in Carteret, NJ. He attended St. Joseph High School in Metuchen. He graduated from Georgetown University, with a degree in Chemistry. He graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at St. Luke's Hospital (now Mount Sinai Morningside) in New York City, where he served as Chief Resident for one year. He did a Cardiology Fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY.

Craig Snyder, MD
Dr. Snyder graduated from Stony Brook State University of New York in 1995. He then became a resident of internal medicine at Winthrop University Hospital until 2001. Later on that year, The Board of Internal Medicine certified him as a diplomate in Cardiovascular Disease. He went on to obtain additional qualifications in Interventional Cardiology. He also attended the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in order to grow his field of expertise. He ranked amongst the top 10 percent on the American Board of Internal Medicine Exam and is passionate about his work ethic.

Malvin S. Keller, MD
Dr. Malvin S. Keller has been a clinical cardiologist for approximately the past 35 years. He choose medicine because of his interest in helping people in improving their quality of life. He enjoys talking to patients and trying to figure out their maladies by examining them. He feels that he has contributed to the wellbeing of many people and hopes to continue doing so in the future.

Mariam Wassef, DO
We are excited to welcome Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiologist, Mariam Wassef, DO, to RBCGPA! Dr. Wassef earned her medical degree from UMDNJ School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford. She then completed a residency at New Jersey Medical School University Hospital in Newark, followed by fellowships at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark.

Bhavana Rebba, MD
Dr Rebba is a Board Certified physician with over 20 years of experience in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.
She received her Doctor of Medicine from Osmania Medical College in 1996. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine from Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center, Plainfield, NJ and was the Chief Resident of her Residency Program. She did her Fellowship in Geriatrics under the renowned Geriatrician Dr Ifuight Steele from Hackensack Medical Center, UMDNJ Program.

Malika DeSilva, MD
Dr. DeSilva is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has 20 yrs experience in primary care. She graduated from St. Georges School of Medicine, in Grenada, West Indies. Subsequently received her Residency training at UMDNJ Family practice program.
Dr. DeSilva has extensive experience in Urgent care , GYN care and Geriatric care, as a family practitioner, she provides a complete evaluation and treatment with the emphasis on the "whole patient" concept. She is passionate about the care she provides to her patients in an environment where there is mutual understanding. Dr. DeSilva considers an "informed patient" is her best asset to providing individualized care.
Dr. DeSilva also treats Chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, Hyperlipidemia and Arthritis along with a whole host of other chronic conditions.

Carl Murray, MD
Dr. Carl Murray, MD is a Oncology Specialist in Old Bridge, NJ and has over 43 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from UMDNJ New Jersey Medical School in 1979. He is affiliated with medical facilities Hackensack Meridian Health JFK Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center. His office accepts new patients and telehealth appointments.

Robert Platschek
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Robert originally from Queens NY, began his career in the medical field as a volunteer as well as a paid EMT. His first degree is in Psychology which he obtained from Touro College. His passion for people and their health inspired him to go to Nursing school as a post baccalaureate student at Concordia College in Westchester County NY. He graduated with honors and began his RN career at New York Hospital in Queens in the Level 1 trauma Center Emergency Department. Upon moving to New Jersey, Robert transitioned to employment at Raritan Bay Medical in Old Bridge in the ER as well.
With Robert's interests in medicine being well rounded and seeking a challenge, Robert took employment at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield/NJ Health as an RN in the Utilization department. However, this did remove Robert from the patient experience and he made the decision to continue his education by achieving a masters degree in nursing. After graduating from Monmouth University, Robert was offered a position at Raritan Bay Cardiology Group where he primarily rounds daily at the hospital seeing patients.

Tara Arroyo
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Tara Arroyo is a board certified family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care. She originally attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Tara then began her nursing journey and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University. Upon graduating, her nursing career began in the emergency department, where she truly learned the art of healing and caring. She also worked in hospice and palliative care to ensure her patients had a dignified end of life journey. She further studied to complete a Masters of Science in Nursing from Monmouth University. Since graduating in 2018, Tara has practiced in primary care by diagnosing and managing common and complex medical conditions. She believes that in order to approach healthcare effectively, a provider must work with a patient to truly care for their being as a whole- mind, body, and spirit.

Margaret (Peg) Huryk
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Margaret (Peg) Huryk, ANP has been a nurse practitioner for 23 years working in long term care and subacute settings. She has been with RBCG for nearly 5 years. "l knew that I was in the right place when I had my first interview". Her practice is at Roosevelt Care Center in Edison and Old Bridge helping sub-acute post hospital patients recover and managing chronic illness with frail elderly residents. She has a doctorate in nursing practice from Seton Hall University in 2016. Her post graduate work has been on improving the quality of persons with dementia.

Gina Leka
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Gina Leka is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who started her career in healthcare over 20 years ago as a medical assistant. Once achieving her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State College, she started her nursing career as a research coordinator for Alzheimer’s research and for the last 10 years was employed as a RN at Old Bridge Medical Center emergency department. Throughout her nursing career, she saw what an impact nurses had on people's lives and returned to school completing her Masters Degree from Chamberlain University. Her goal is to assure patients are comfortable with healthcare decisions and is there to guide them in making the most informative decisions. Gina sees patients in our offices and hospital affiliations.

Rosemarie Mullings
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Rosemarie is a board certified Nurse practitioner specializing in Geriatrics/Cardiology with Raritan Bay Cardiology Group, PA. With over two decades of experience in healthcare, Rosemarie began her nursing career by earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Felician College. As her nursing journey began, she gained extensive experience in areas ranging from PACU, ICU to Open Heart Recovery. Wanting to further her career, Rosemarie went on to attain her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Walden University and sat for her APN boards shortly after. Rosemarie currently provides care to our patients in our offices, hospital settings and long term care facilities. She believes providing nursing care to patients is an honor and mentoring future nurses is a blessing.
